Eligibility for Refunds

At RubisÉclat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your necklace, ring, bracelet, or pendant/charm, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.
• The item is not a customized or personalized piece.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN in the package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
• For international returns, any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Customized or engraved jewelry.
