Shipping Restrictions

For security reasons, we require a signature upon delivery for all jewelry orders. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take every precaution with packaging, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours if your items arrive damaged or if your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
